WARNING: CFX Resistance Cords are made from elastic rubber tubing and, like rubber bands, will naturally lose elasticity and break. It is recommended that you replace your CFX Resistance Cords every 6 months, under normal use, to ensure consistent and optimal performance.
As described in the CFX TRAINERTM guidebook, be certain to anchor your CFX TRAINERTM to immovable objects only. When attaching to a door, make sure to insert door anchor on the hinge side of the door only (not door knob side). Also, be certain that all three (3) carabiner clips are completely closed and that clips, resistance cords and CFX straps are free from any damage, cracks, cuts, nicks, or scrapes before each use.
