WHERE TO ANCHOR?

With endless possibilities for anchoring, we mean it literally when we say you can take your Corefirst Trainer anywhere. From a simple doorframe or sofa leg to a tree in the middle of the forest, anchor your trainer wherever works best for you and your workout! Every training system comes with our small anchor which should accommodate nearly all of our users, but if you are dreaming big and want the larger anchor to be able to anchor to bigger equipment or trees, you can purchase that here! Check out our detailed videos below that will show you exactly how to anchor your trainer. You aren’t going to believe how simple it is!

For feet: Take off shoe. Slide the wrap all the way open, and slide over foot on the arch of the foot. To take off, open it all the way, take out foot.

For ankles: Take off shoe. Slide the wrap all the way open, and slide over the foot onto your ankle. To take off, open it all the way, take out foot.

TIGHTENING THE COREFIRST TRAINER WRAPS™

After putting the wraps on, they should feel tight and secure around the wrists and/or feet before beginning any exercise.

COMFORTABLE POSITIONING

When the wraps are around your wrists or feet, there should not be any pinching, scraping, or discomfort.

If you feel discomfort, reposition the wraps (or your movement) to a more comfortable angle before beginning your exercise.
