Getting started
Setting up your Corefirst is simple and takes just a few quick steps! We’ve provided you with all you need to know to get started in less than a minute! Since the trainer weighs less than 1lb and fits into the palm of your hand, brining it with you anywhere and everywhere is no problem!
WHERE TO ANCHOR?
With endless possibilities for anchoring, we mean it literally when we say you can take your Corefirst anywhere. From a simple doorframe or sofa leg to a tree in the middle of the forest, anchor your trainer wherever works best for you and your workout! Every Corefirst system comes with our small anchor which should accommodate nearly all of our users, but if you are dreaming big and want the larger anchor to be able to anchor to bigger equipment or trees, you can purchase that here! Check out our detailed videos below that will show you exactly how to anchor your trainer. You aren’t going to believe how simple it is!

After putting the wraps on, they should feel tight and secure around the wrists and/or feet before beginning any exercise.

When the wraps are around your wrists or feet, there should not be any pinching, scraping, or discomfort.
