I’m so happy you’re here! My name is Brenda Santa Cruz and I will be guiding, and motivating you, through this beautiful Corefirst™ Pilates workout series. I put 17 years of my Pilates training into this program for you, and I’m thrilled that you and I now have a portable reformer that allows us to practice together anywhere, anytime. What an incredible journey we’re about to begin! Let’s get started!

Founders Tips – watch before your first workout.
Use your Corefirst™ Workout Calendar to track your progress or download and print it off HERE.
Conduct your workouts in order (1,2,3…), or choose any workout you desire, and write down the corresponding workout number in the calendar.
Set a goal to complete at least two workouts a week and all 12 workouts (or more!) in the next six weeks.

Originally from Hermosillo Sonora, Mexico, Brenda has over 20 years of expert experience in the fitness industry. Presently, she leads the Pilates Reformer program at the world-class Club Espiritu at the beautiful Villas Del Mar Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico.
