TIME TO ZONE IN


Corefirst Zone Mat has (4) four progress zones with numbers on each side of the zone and a plus sign directly in the middle of each zone. In each zone you can place your hands and/or feet on the numbers or plus sign for exercise form, consistency, and gamifying your workout.
Zone 1 is your home base, used for transitions, recovery, and for the least amount of resistance. As you increase the zone level you will be increasing resistance level. Throughout your workouts and exercises, you can move within the zone or go to a different zone to challenge yourself and to more easily track and see your progress.
We take your training environment seriously and want to make sure you have the best experience possible. So we have sourced a mat that is a non-slip, non-tear, and looks amazing on our floor.
