surprisingly engaged

I really like the corefirst system. I love the versatility and mobility of it. The part that surprised me the most is how much more instantly it engages my core when I take the grip out of the equation and place the wraps on my wrists. I do wish that there was a better resource that showed different exercises to do with the corefirst. I understand the app shows you how and engages you in a workout with a plan - I am looking more for a list and a simple picture that speaks to anchor hight and orientation kind of stuff.

It truly is a gym in a bag! I especially love the Pilates-inspired exercises that are such a beautiful complement to resistance training and the assisted stretch options as well!
