    So Far so good…

    I’ve had these now for a couple of weeks and am enjoying them so far. I wish there were a little more to choose from in the free section, but that’s why it’s free. They mimick a reformer pretty good.

    Loving these!!

    I delivered my second baby middle of February and am just getting back to working out at home. The Corefirst bands have been a lifesaver when I need a quick session and I love being able to hook them up outside! I'm already noticing improvments in strength and tone.     I have been looking for a way to stretch my legs and lower back similar to a Pilates reformer machine that I could do at home and on trips…this is it! I attached it to my stair rails and use everyday!

    Corefirst Classic

    I love taking Reformer Pilates classes in a studio but am pausing for the summer due to my travel schedule. I got this system so that I could still continue my practice. I am very happy with the system and the app. The prompts are much the same as my studio Pilates classes. I love the 40 minute workouts as it mimics what I was getting in a studio. I am very impressed and love the product!
